The groups introduced Friday that the Avalanche have acquired Danil Gushchin from the Sharks in trade for Oskar Olausson.

Drafted 76th general by San Jose in 2020, the Russian winger has appeared in 18 profession NHL video games, tallying two targets and three assists.
Olausson, 22, had 26 factors (11 targets and 15 assists) in 61 video games with the AHL’s Colorado Eagles in 2024–25.
The Stockholm native has performed 4 NHL video games for the Avalanche, unfold throughout three seasons. He was drafted twenty eighth general by the membership in 2021.
